I contacted this business because they supplied the original builder. An owner came to my house and determined that I needed a replacement lower sash, only. As it turned out, they provided me with a 9-pane grate instead of a 6-pane grate. When I asked the owner if, due to my inconvenience, he would please install a proper replacement, he called me "ignorant" and told me if I "bought the wrong window from Home Depot they would not deliver it or install it without a fee". Then he hung up on me. I guess he didn't get that the mistake was HIS and not mine. I called back and asked his secretary to have a proper window ordered for me.
I would NEVER recommend Beach Window to anyone.
