Less than zero service. The property manager is awol more than 99.99 percent. Came home from a business trip to find my mail box keys had been changed & you cant get the mail no keys given or notice given to the affected people. The changed mail box sits about 6 inches off from the rest of the wall. Before I left they repaired rotting damaged stairs by leaving the water waste pouring into the open holes creating a cesspool . it is from little things to big ticket items that nothing gets done and our manager hemrandez and ida are just not worth a dime.
