I appreciate the business model and what they are trying to do... but this place is complete amateur hour. The front-desk lady is out of her mind. Talking to herself and wiping her dripping nose with her hand and touching everything around her, including the material to the participants.

Then there are the testing facilitators. This seems over critical, but I swear, it felt like their first ever session. They didn't know how to read the instructions, and were all over the place.

Tons of yelling and arguing in the back offices.

Ranch dressing (milk product, btw) was very warm.

This place wasn't hygienic and run properly--especially for food trials.

If I could go longer then a one I would. I participated in a make up study weeks ago. A month to the day to be exact. And I have yet to get paid. I was told incentives were sent out. Then I was told in order to reissue it, I would have to pay them $30 to stop process.. WTF?? this place gets more and more ridiculous. And for the last two days I have been getting calls to do studies, but since I haven't been paid for the last one.. I refuse. Thank God I have a job and this was just fun money. I put up with the rude and condensing comments, but to not be paid for a job I did, I am DONE!

Done many studies here, easy way to get money but the way you're treated here is never well. I feel like I am treated poorly for being there to help with their surveys. The only nice thing about this place is the little lady at the front. She greats you and makes you feel welcomed and remembers me every time. Unfortunately the other people that are up there quickly take away any warmth with their attitudes and cold demeanor. They shout at the secretary as well as almost everyone in the lobby. I've been called numerous times, and I have refused the last 3 months because I will not return until they have new management and have changed most of their staff. I don't even want to imagine how the telephone department is treated by this company because of how poorly they treat the front desk in front of people and how they treat their customers.

I was also a few minutes late (for the suggested time and 5 minutes early for the focus group start time) and they also would not check me in. They apparently over booked and hardly even acknowledged me. It is usually the policy focus group companies to pay the people they overbook. They appeared disorganized as everyone was still crowded in the small lobby. Doesn't seem very professional to me. Again a waste of my time. I called to talk to someone and they put me through to voicemail. I don't think I will work with this company again.

It's a perfect way for me to get some money I take two bus to get their but worth it.as long as your honest and take enough time to read the questions,you'll be good.

Yeah they pay me for my opinion, and yes its easy money, but I'm still working and wasting my time for this money. I've been doing focus groups for some time with not just this company but many others in the area and the ladies in charge of conducting the groups in Focus and Testing are by far the most unorganized, rude, and unprofessional people ever!! They tell you a Check in Time during the phone screening process, and yes I know they they usually will start the group testing about 15 min. later, but being left in the waiting room for over 30 min. sometimes when the entire thing was supposed to have been 30 min. total! You cant ask any of the ladies a question because they will respond with a scream back. And although the receptionist seems like the nicest grandma ever, she HAS TO GO.!.. she cant handle the pressure of all those ppl walking in to check in while others are also checking out. Ok Maybe theyre giving her too much to do... so then they need to hire someone else. This places takes 30 min. to check in and wait for them to call your group + whatever length of time the group was supposed to take + another 10 min just to get your check and check out! If you do focus groups and you've gone to the other companies, you'll know what I mean. This place thinks that because they're giving you easy money, then they have a right to treat you like an idiot!
