this company sent out mass flyers saying they could help me save my home to modify it in 2009. They claimed over and over their attorney on staff was Michael Rosenstien from Beverly Hills. They swore up and down I would get a money back guarantee if I could get it modified to my affordance. The salesperson was Terry Warden. This guy was a con artist sales person it seems to me. In anycase, they did work on my case, but it apparently went to another company that was now the actual lawyers name. In the process, the office never told me the company who sold me this went out of business. The attorney claims he never got paid and that he was paid a retainer fee from ABC and they went out of business. Seems they are still in business and here they are. So the lawyer supposedly takes over with an office about an hour from his actual office. But I never talked to the lawyer except once when he yelled at me. I got offered a loan modification that the bank offered me saying was denied the governmental loan modification and I take this one I cant afford or they foreclose in two weeks. I had to fight tooth and nail on my home because according to the bank, the lawyers office had lied to the bank elevating my income. I have been told so many things. Plus this lawyer claims that ABC took all the money and closed the doors leaving him to bleed the woes of all these cases. This is the story I got. Very shady business practice. I would be very careful.
