On the 2nd of Febuary, I awoke to tons of snow & ice cold temps. What made it even worse is, my furnace was'nt working. After spending hours on the phone to ALL of the heating & cooling contractors in the city & surrounding areas, getting turned down numerous times because of the weather and them telling me what the problems were & that they could'nt get the parts on this day because everyone was closed, I called this company & Cheryl (the owner) answered. She asked what the furnace was doing. After explaining the problem, she immeadiatly knew what the problem was. She giggled & said with a sense of certainty that, the furnace was'nt breathing...meaning I had a plugged flue pipe. Sure enough, I went to the roof to find exactally what she described. I could'nt even see the chimney pipe. The Metalbestos cap was under 12" of snow ! After clearing it the furnace worked perfectly ! If you, or anyone you know needs expert service or trouble shooting, CONTACT THIS BUSINESS ! After all the run around that day with Know Nothing contractors, I wish I would have called her first ! Thank's Again Cheryl, many (so called) heating companys should be out of business if you stay in it long enough !!!
