My dad went to see Dr. Woo after being referred for extreme and chronic hip pain. As someone who had already suffered greatly, and has been in pain for a month and continues to be in pain and is barely able to walk, my dad was looking forward to hopefully having some type of resolution or plan. My dad said that it seemed as if Dr. Woo wanted the session over as quickly as possible, and did not encourage questions about the procedure. This was very disappointing for me to hear, as I have been talking to my dad regularly and hoping that after waiting so long, he was able to get some answers. My dad is not a complainer, but brought it up several times to me, and asked me to post this as it bothered him so much; he is not connected to the internet. I called the office but it was after hours; I will attempt to call again tomorrow for follow up, as I believe that addressing things directly is the most effective.
