This store carries the best sweepers in the world and they know how to help you pick them. We bought a Bernina 6000 and a Sebo about 15 years ago. They repaired/restored the Bernina (we broke it) and carry parts for these very old models. We will buy our next sweepers (if we ever need one) from them for sure.

I needed a part for my Rotho vacuum and I called and spoke with "Bill". He said he would have to call his distributor to get a price and availability for the part, and he would call be back. After waiting 2 weeks with no call back I called him. He made up some lame excuse about the distributor not getting back with him. When I said I was sitting with an $1,100 vacuum I couldn't use, he told me to call the person I bought it from because he was too busy to help me, then he hung up on me. He was rude and ignorant and if I could give 0 stars I would. This man should not be in business if this is how he treats his customers. I called another business and they resolved my problem within 5 minutes and are sending me the part I need.

The old man who runs the place is a jerk.....had to take the sweeper back after a $200 repair for the exact same thing....after looking at the part that was marked up from the first visit, he insisted they changed the part and then asked me what I used it for, like I was abusing it or something.....said he would refix at no charge, and had to keep calling for 2 weeks to see if he got the parts in yet, kept saying no, finally, I snapped on him, and all of a sudden it is fixed with used parts......told him we would never return to this store....he is an mean man....also hung up on me when I called him, as the other reviewer stated....should not run a business, has no decency....he acted like he was doing us a favor to refix after already paying him for a shoddy repair.

Was not happy to see that the internet says they are open on Sundays, drove ALL the way there, to find out THEY ARE NOT open on Sundays. No happy about false information.
