I have purchased a pellet stove and grill from this company and have had a great experience both times. They are very knowledgeable and have very professional installers. I have recommended them to many friends who have had the same experience. Thanks Martins!

Not a chance in the world that I'd reccommend these people to anyone. I ordered fireplace in June. After a few excuses and one valid reason- they finally installed in October. As if I wasn't mad because they took so long to install, the installation was horrific! Their "specialist" came to install the fireplace and butchered at hole in my garage roof, bedroom floor and roof of my house. Worse, he didn't attempt to repair any of his mishap nor did the company want to hear it from me. I had to call to demand compensation.

Provided by YP.comThis is a fabulous store that really cares about customers. I was looking at a Big Green Egg grill and they were so helpful in showing me all of the features, not just selling me. They also have a wonderful selection of woodburning stoves, patio furniture and more. Definitely work the trip!

Provided by YP.comThey have the best showroom around, along with a ton of choices! Their service techs were very clean and percise. I am very happy that we chose them to purchase our fireplaces because they have really taken care us with service and cleaning through the past couple years. We have bought a couple of fireplaces from them for our summer home and house.

- Martin Sales and Service Inc. was born when it’s owner, Dave Martin, began repairing sewing machines and vacuums, as well as selling Hearthstone wood stoves out of his basement in 1978. Dave soon found that his clientele was growing so large that he needed more room than what his basement could provide. In 1980 he moved his flourishing business to a small 550 square foot building on North Main Street Extension in Butler. The move allowed for more space and greater presence in the community. Martin Sale’s reputation for offering quality merchandise and service with highly competitive prices lead to exponential growth in just a few years. Dave soon realized that he had once again outgrown his space. In 1988, Dave built a 2,400 square foot building to meet his business needs, and this is where Martin Sales and Service Inc. is located today.
