my usual plumber was on vacation when i had no water he recommended jim palmer. i called at 440 on a friday and roger was here before 5 pm finished the job by 6 and did not over charge me. very nice did good work i would recommend jim palmer and roger to anyone that needs this kind of work. cathy r burton mi

Zero water coming out of S pickets so called Jim Palmer ( at the request of Johnny's hardware in Burton. Jim came and inspected well and informed us we need a new well drilled.said he was a week out because of other clients needing well work. I informed Jim that several Well drilling companies were also booked for the next 7-10 days. Jim said he would call around and see if he could find someone to fit us in and would call us later that evening. THIS WAS TWO DAYS AGO! I have left messages, no return call. Guess my $5000 - $6000 will go to another local company.

Jim was a nice guy but customer service sucks!
