These guys were spot on and got the job done quick when our home flooded. Went over and beyond the job to make sure we were taken care of. Addie and I can't thank you enough.

I own several rental homes in Flushing and Grand Blanc and have used Dust Busters for years. Dan, the owner, is very personable, as is all their staff. I am not sure what happened with the previous review, but I have used them for everything from chimney cleaning, carpet cleaning, water damaged carpet...you name it! They even got red wine stain and chocolate milk stain out of my beige carpet. They have restored nasty looking post renter carpet to mint condition. Only one time did I have to call them back as I felt the carpet was left a little wet by a new technician...they came back and redid it free of charge. I can't say enough good things, and I wouldn't use anyone else (and I went thru many companies years ago before I found them!)

Buyer Beware. This company did not even do a poor job. We had our ducts cleaned in 12/2009. After having the job done we constantly had to replace the air filters. The filters were filled with dust and rocks that was left behind in the ducts. We contacted the company several times. Initially we asked to speak to the owner and we never received a return phone call. After talking to several reps of Dust Buster on different occasions we finally received a call from the owner. The owner accused us of doing additional work on our home and that's what caused our ducts to be so dirty. Why would we pay $500.00 to have our ducts cleaned? We did not do any additional work. Finally, the owner promised he would come out within a week or two to look over the job, he never showed up. That was 3 weeks ago. My husband is cleaning the ducts out with a shop vac and he is extracting a large amount of dust and rocks. The rocks are from when we removed tile and cement that was laid in our kitchen by the previous owner. The tile and cement was removed prior to Dust Buster cleaning our vents. We made sure we waited until after all the work we needed done was completed before we had the ducts cleaned. Makes since, considering we paid $500.00 to have the ducts cleaned. We are finding large chunks of the cement just sitting in the ducts. This company is horrible. My advice to any one considering having your ducts cleaned.....Do not use this company. I also think you should check your vents with a flash light and mirror before and after to see if there is any dirt or debris remaining in your ducts.
