Avoid this business at all costs! I paid them nearly $500 for an HD satelite, HD box, and wiring and haven't had HD since day one. After several attempts to rectify the situation with the business owner, he indicated that he was unable to get the satelite to lock in on the HD service and thus I will not be able to get HD programming although they sold me everything HD and all of my neighbors have HD. I can't imagine a small business surviving in this economy with these types of standards.
