Please avoid this place. Seemed like all they cared about was money. They just kept wanting to do injection after injection without help. Then they told me I needed surgery. After the surgery didn't work, they wanted to do more injections! Save yourself and go elsewhere!

Terrible place. Wouldn't send my dog there. He'd probably end up with unneeded surgery and worse pain!

This company is fantastic! Their PAs are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a diffiuclt time contacting them once or twice (phone tag), but other than that I am very happy with my care. I saw Phill, one of the PAs there, and he was great. He took all the time I needed to explain my problem and my options. He agreed to help with short-term medications for my issue. We tried a few different injections and eventually I felt a lot better-- AND I even was able to avoid having a surgery done.

I suspect the other reviewer on this page either has a very complex problem, or is immature. Midwest Spine helped me immensely and I would go back to see them in a heartbeat.

I have been waiting 2 months JUST to see Dr. Butterman and have him get the results of my MRI which i had to go get myself. It shows cysts on my spine and herniated disc at L4/L5. I thought my appt the other day was at 1145 but it was 1045 and they absolutely refused to let me see him, refused to ask for a meds refill for me and to top it off when i gave the "Customer Service Specialist" my story and frustrations with having to wait 2 months she told me my attitude was unnacceptable and she will not take it. She thought when i said "you guys have me sitting in limbo" i was speaking about her PERSONALLY and got offended and preceeded to tell me it wasn't her fault!! I told her i know its not your fault, im not referring to you specifically! Then she told me the time and date of my new appt and i left. I called to get my meds refill and i happened to ask when my next appt was to double check and she DID NOT EVEN SCHEDULE ME after she told me when my new appt was! I was supposed to see Dr. Buttermans PA on the 10/11th of November and get my results but they left me a message saying he couldnt help and needed to see the DR. So i rescheduled and they set ANOTHER appt for the PA on Nov. 29th and then called me the day before that appt and told me he is in Stillwater and i needed to go there!! I live over an hour from Stillwater and said NO, why are you switching me?? They had no answer other than "IDK"! It has been hell trying to get my diagnosis and be treated! They told me they would help me with getting my meds refilled today, (Dec. 24th), but guess what?? THEY ARE CLOSED TODAY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE OPEN! Now i have to spend my Holiday Vacation in horrible PAIN and will not be able to enjoy the time with my family, wife and daughter that i was so looking forward to! I suggest if you need to see a spine specialist, you go anywhere but Midwest Spine Institute!
