I am a first time customer at car hop. The experience from the pre-approval until driving off the lot was exceptional.

The actual price of the vehicle purchase was close to kbb value. Of course, because of my credit score, the interest is higher. The car seems to be in good working order and with proper maintenance it should be fine.

I would advise anyone with credit issues to try here. But be honest with your situation. If you've just started a job, don't have enough money for a down payment and car insurance, you may have a more difficult time securing financing or getting a vehicle you'd want.

They were more than helpful. I called ahead to see if my 1 hr. drive to them would be worth it, they told me what I would need and set an appointment right away. I was met with a smile and treated with he up most respect. Never felt bad for a moment that my credit isn't the best. They worked with me and within little over an hour, I drove off the lot with a nice used vehicle. I would recommend this place without pause to anyone.
