Would give zero stars if I could. Constant selling of other products, and didn't even do a good job. put a white towel down over supposedly "clean carpet" because it was soaking wet (so much so it was like they hadn't even tried to pull the water out) and it came up with dirt on it. I was also quoted an outrageous price just like the other stories below. No credibility.

For those who choose to use a Living Social or Groupon voucher, keep in mind that this special likely only covers the cost of steam cleaning. If Mitch finds that your carpet requires additional treatment (ours needed enzyme treatment throughout due to the previous owner's pet stains), the cost will be higher than what you paid for your voucher. Also, stairs are an additional charge. HOWEVER, I highly recommend Always Green - and much of this information regarding cost can be thoroughly explained when you contact Always Green to set up your appointment, just ask! Mitch is incredibly knowledgable and talked me through the entire process from start to finish. I was never pressured to add on additional treatments, yet given specific information to help me come to my own decision. My previously dirty and stained carpeting looks like new thanks to Always Green and their eco-friendly carpet cleaning products.

We had a great experience with our carpets being cleaned. We were quoted a price that was reasonable and that was the price we paid. Our carpets look fantastic, we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be using this company again!

I had the same experience! Got voucher marked before showing up and asked over $850 additional! He said $850 is special price with free stairs!!! Because of him, I won't make puchase from Livingsocial any more!!

I had my carpets cleaned by this company yesterday. I couldn’t be happier. They came on time, were professional and knowledgeable. My dog passed a couple weeks ago and I knew she had accidents on the carpet. They were able to show me exactly where she went on the carpets. The voucher is for a DEEP steam cleaning. They also gave me an estimate for urine removal and let me know before they started what it would cost and gave me the option to have the urine removed or not. I chose to have it removed. My carpets look great and my home smells wonderful. I will refer them to my family and friends. Very pleased.

I purchased a Living Social deal for this provider. It was valued at $600.00. This guy came into my home and wanted to charge me an additional $397.00. $1000.00 to clean my carpets!!! Is he nuts. Be very very careful before ever using this company. I knew there would be additional charges for the stairs and my kitty vomit, but what a rip off.
