We had a big crack in our windshield and let it go all last winter. Finally called Advantage in July of 2013 to get it fixed. When they came to the house the representative was very efficient and we were happy with the job. Fast forward to April 2014 and there was a problem with a washer pump that went out and some leaking. Took the car to the dealer to figure out what was wrong and it turns out there was a leak in seal of the windshield. First reaction is...you've got to be kidding me. After ONE call to Advantage, I knew we had used the right company! The same day I called they had a representative out to the dealer and replaced the windshield. When the bill came from the dealership, I called Advantage and within minutes they had taken care of it! What an awesome company! I've been telling everyone I know to use Advantage Auto Glass for their windshield replacements...you'll be in great hands.

Advantage was great to work with from the start. They handle the insurance and did just waht they said they would do. I was shceduled for an exact time so I did'nt have to wait all day for them to show up. They were on time and did a perfect job.

I had made several phone calls looking for the best deal and pricing, initally I made an appt with another company but fortunately I missed my appointment. When I called Advantage I spoke with a real person, who expresed empathy and helped make my new appt. Darryl form Advantage called before arrival, showed up early and then went right to work. After about 45 minutes my window was replaced and all the broken glass had been removed and my truck was in top condition.



I was given a price quote of 260.00 by one of the bigger shops, Advantage charged me 187.43



I requested business cards from Advantage to pass out to anyone else who has the misfortune of broken auto glass.

The quality of the repair was excellent and the people were very easy to work with. They took care of all the insurance billing for us and made it vary easy to replace my windshield. I would recommend this company to anyone.
