J.W. Peters, located in Burlington, Wis., is a global leader in the construction of precast parking garages-with more than 400 completed. The company was incorporated in 1961 and was acquired by Cretex Companies in 1977. In 2003, PBM, another Cretex company, merged with J.W. Peters in order to more effectively serve customers and have a single contact point. J.W. Peters operates two PCI certified manufacturing plants in five states. Its customer base consists of general contractors, architects, engineers, real estate developers and local, state and federal government agencies.
