I loved my experience working with Christy's Bridal. I purchased my own wedding gown there and LOVED the sales associate; she was friendly, super sweet, responsive, etc. GREAT experience. My mom ordered her MOB gown there, my mother in law ordered her's as well. All of us had great experiences! Definitely recommend!!!

This place is terrible! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I had a bridesmaid dress from an online company and my dress was too small and needed to be taken out. I knew it would be difficult but was thankful they were willing to work with me and i was assured they would figure something out. I have very limited time for alterations so after a week goes by and i havent heard anything i called to check on my dress. The answer i get is "the expectations that you have for how you want your dress to look are too high so i don't want to work on your dress. So you can come pick it up tonight" She had no intentions to work on my dress from the very beginning and just held onto my dress instead of calling me to let me know so i could figure something else out. If i wouldn't have called, she would still have my dress while i'm sitting here like an idiot thinking my dress is actually being fixed. And when i dropped my dress off to be altered, all i said was "i understand its a difficult dress to alter, i know its not going to look exactly how it does now but as long as its not noticeable from across the room i'm fine with it"...yep, guess my expectations were waaaay too high. Terrible seamstress, terrible customer service, run far far away from this place!
