They over extend themselves. Very poor quality equipment and they bandaid everything up instead of proper repair. They don't clean them,inches of mud on cabs or operators cabins. No a.c. units working. And if you pass initial drug screen you can do what ever. Have seen other guys smoke dope at lunch here and in Durham.It could be a good company if the would hire decent quality people. Of you have a piles you can get a job. They need to pay top wages to attract good people. You get what you pay for.
