I went to buy some shoes for my mom 2 months ago for Valentines day. When my mom tried them on she realized they were too big on her. I've been calling every week for the correct shoe size for my mom, and they still don't have it and it's been over 2 months! The guy Shannon was really rude, and he said it was not his fault but it was all because of the Toms company. I now know not to ever shop there again!

Very disappointed in this store- I exchanged some Jack Rogers due to not liking how they fit and received a gift certificate. I attempted to used my certificate recently and there was no date on the certificate but according to them "its expired"!!! This is very frustrating as they just made well over 120.00 off of me and I was not informed upon returning that there was an exp date nor was there one was listed. I have attempted to reach out again asking if there is any way we can work around this issue.

They must has taken these reviews into consideration because they took my exchange. They were also very helpful with my purchases.

They do not take returns. I tried to return a pair of shoes an hour after I bought them. They should verbally mention to customers that they don't offer returns... Especially since they are dealing with more expensive shoes. The worst part was how rude the guy Shannon was.... All the while playing Christian music and screening bible verses on the tv screen. Very disappointing. I would definitely go elsewhere!

They do not take returns! Which of course they don't tell you. The Birkenstock store in Greensboro is much more customer friendly.
