If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would!!! My wife had the most unpleasant experience there. The staff was not corteous nor welcoming. The message on the wall's poster says : "We treat you as a family". SUCH A LIE. This place's manager refused to rent my wife a car. Other employees were rude as well. People who work there should be ashamed of themselves.

Just listen to this: They've asked her to provide a utility bill, as another form of identification (yes, she had her driver license, debit card and passport card). She obviously didn't have a utility bill on hand and tried to download it from duke energy site. Suddenly, her phone internet wasn't working. She asked if they could help her to locate her utility bill, using a wifi or maybe an internet, but they refused to help. Their reply was: " we don't have a wifi and not comfortable to look up your bill because we don't know you".

My wife was tired from a long flight, and needed to rent a car to get home. She was able to download a utility bill sometime later, but when she asked if she can get a rental car, they refused to do so!!!
Their reply was: " We are not comfortable to rent you a car, because you were crying and made our customers uncomfortable."
One of the guys who worked there, gave her a stare and said : "We don't have a car for you here".
Very disappointing experience. I work an hour away from this place and couldn't come right away. I wasn't aware of what's happening until hours later.

They finally gave my wife a ride to a competitor's place, where she was able to get a rental. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I recently rented from our nearby Enterprise, I was first told there weren't any cars available. Then after informing the manager that I would just have to go elsewhere if there wasn't anything available until that evening about 4 or the next day. All of a sudden there appeared a car, wow!!! Then I guess I didn't look as if I could afford to rent a vehicle, (I don't know what that looks like), but I was offered the cheapest thing on the lot. It was a small passenger vehicle when I specifically asked for a medium sized which they did have a few of. After refusing the small passenger vehicle I was offered a medium sized vehicle I guess.(Hyundai Elantra). The car body outside was great, also nice and clean inside. But the gas mileage was terrible....I usually have a great experience with Enterprise, but this was not one of those times.

they have good service the only problem is they hardly ever have any cars. prices are cheaper than most other rental places.
