If this would allow me, I'd give Don's Music City zero stars. I took my son's clarinet there almost two weeks ago to have a pad replaced. It took two weeks and Don finally overcharged me for "checking out" the instrument, which I never asked him to do. He was unwilling to even talk about the issue at all. He was gruff and unpleasant on the phone and in person.
