Cafe Escadrille offers three dining experiences in one restaurant, with gourmet, continental and lighter fares. In the Gourmet Room patrons are served presentations of continental cuisine, including an award-winning Caesar salad, chateaubriand, rack of lamb, Veal Oscar and New England lobster. Serving lunch and dinner, the Cafe Escadrille s Greenhouse Cafe offers a range of dishes, including baked Brie, prime rib and sirloin. The cafe also serves a variety of pasta specialties, fresh seafood and desserts. Late Night Dining at Cafe Escadrille is open as a conclusion to a business meeting or night on the town. It offers lighter meals and nightcaps. Located in Burlington, Mass., Cafe Escadrille has a separate function facility for business functions, social events and weddings of all sizes.

My husband and I had dinner with another couple (old friends) on Friday night. Our experience couldn't have been better. From the hostess who seated us (and accommodated our seating preference) to the wonderful server, Wilson, the night was just perfect. The wine, appetizers, salad, entrees, and desserts were delightful. We probably sat for three hours and never felt that we were being rushed. All in all, a five-star night.
