Good Service, love our garbage man! Very easy to do a pay by phone and the people on the other end are very friendly.

UGH! Should have never switched to Best Way! First of all...they pick up our recycling between 3am and 4am in the morning! The truck is loud and wakes us up every time they come!! They are also very very picky about how much garbage we have. Family of five here! If we have to put a bag by the can they won't pick it up. Waste Management is much better and way more convenient for a growing family with kids.

I put my garbage can on the street to be picked up. Well on my wife's way to work she put a bag in front of the can for the trash, needless to say they not only didn't take the bag they didn't even empty the can !!!. So today I am canceling my service and they can pick up their can on the street. Poor customer service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, there are other ones out there.

Terrible service!

Issues week after week. Drivers not picking up trash or picking up half the trash.

I contacted this company in Burlington Ky and the transaction was very satisfactory. Sara, who handled the transaction was very friendly and efficient. Entirely satisfied with this company at this point.
