Over all impression was extremely horrible from beginning to end. The secretary who answers the phone does nothing but giggles as you ask questions to see if this is the correct law firm to assist you with your problem. Then there is the displeasure of talking to the attorney Mitch. He will use legal terms and makes snarky remarks like "you should know what that means," when you inform him that you don't, he laughs in your face and acts like it's a waste of his time to explain what it means to you, but he will humor you by explaining it to you. He leaves you feeling dumb and humiliated.
