Brockway Co. Inc. deserves major accolades. Our heater went on the fritz in single degree to negative temperatures. Of course, this brings concern of pipes breaking and our very young children freezing. After doing some internet research on the different HVAC services in town, I stumbled across two negative reviews of a particular company in town that mentioned that the reviewer instead chose to go with Brockway Co. Inc. and were quite pleased.



So, we made the call...a call that was after hours and to the emergency line where we had to leave a message. The service man called us back between 30-60 minutes and told us that he had several service calls to attend to before us and that he couldn't get to us until 10:30 PM. As unfortunate as that sounded to us, actually made it two hours EARLIER. Many smiles on my part for that simple fact.



He checked out the system and said that it just needed to be oiled, which sounds simple, but to those of us who know basically nothing about furnaces, we were grateful that he was there to do the job. He oiled it, then told us that if anything goes wrong within the next few days to give him a call and he'd come replace the motor without an added service charge. He did recommend eventually replacing the entire furnace, but as of right now it may just need the oil.



Our heat is on, slowly bringing the temperature back up. And we are VERY PLEASED customers. Will be returning for any future issues, and highly recommend for anyone out there searching for a friendly, courteous, quick service.
