There is no customer service at the pharmacy. I wanted to know why a medication cost so much. They would tell me zero. The lady at the counter was on her first day. She said she had zero training for this job and did not know how to use the computer. The pharmacist in charge did not want to help the new person or me. I asked her if she could look it up and tel mme what tier the medicine was and why it was so high. She didn't look at my prescription at all in the computer and said its probably a copay. I pressed her to look it up and said you'll have to call your insurance company. There was a time when Walmart would tell you up front why a medicine cost so much look the tier of the med and what your copay was with no problem at all. Now they just through it all on your insurance company. I will have the refills moved to another pharmacy company. This happened last night 4/8/2015. Y'all are on your way to losing customers by the 1000s. If I could have rated you a zero I would have for your zero customer service.
