I love Dr. Wise and I love Vision City. I've been a customer there for 7-8 years and have NEVER experienced any of the problems I've been reading about. Dr. Wise is always personable, courteous and friendly as is his staff. Obviously - that's why I keep going back. I only signed on to get their phone number to call and make my annual appointment with them - and I was shocked to read some of these reviews. I can only say to thost people that had a bad experience - you should give them another try - because I've only ever had good experiences there and would (have) recommended them to everyone!

I could understand sub-par product and apologizing for that, Doctor, but how do you explain RUDE staff who repeatedly leave a bad taste in the mouth? Why is okay for your staff to talk to me like a toddler in defense of their own ignorance? I'm an extremely nice person always, and in all instances, I never became visibly frustrated with their obvious errors, I was all smiles and polite. How do you make that better? How can you condone terrible customer service?? Your staff lied to me and became irritated when it blew up in their face (telling me they ordered my contacts, then when I call three weeks later as to why I haven't heard back on something I paid $150 for UPFRONT, become irritated at me!).

Don't waste your time or money going here. My son went here for an exam and two pair of glasses. The exam took a whole 10 minutes max and out to go find you some glasses. I picked out two pairs since he is a boy and didn't want to take a chance on losing them or breaking them. Two weeks after getting them the lens' cracked - so I took them back there and they told me they would replace the lens. I called there 3 or 4 times to find out if they were ready, the "girl I need to talk to" was never in and would NEVER return my calls, ok that pair of glasses are not going to be replaced or repaired I have the second pair. Guess what, those glasses broke also, lens cracked. Instead of taking them back there I took them to another optician to see if they could help me, they told me the lens was cracked because the frames were adjusted too tight and cracked the lens. My insurance wouldn't pay for another pair of glasses so I was kind of stuck, Dr. Seabert of Crowley said he understood the problem and let me pick out another pair of glasses and just pay for the frames. I will never go back to that place and hope no one else wastes their money there.

We went to Vision City to get an exam and contacts for my daughter. The girls working in there were very nice and helpful, but the optometrist that did her exam was not! He came in the room and did not introduce himself. He was not nice to my daughter. I ask a question and he just did not answer. After the exam he said he was putting her in a new brand of contact, I ask about the price and he spun his chair around (the first time he looked at me) and very rudely told me these were the best contact for her. I just wanted to make sure it was something I could afford, I guess he has no money issues... I would not recommend this place to anyone.

got glasses there 6 months ago, even with the coupon,they jacked the price up here and there, but went ahead and ordered them because we needed them fast. Instead of 1 day, it took 10 days. And the Rx was wrong, had to be redone, took another week!! Now, frames fall apart, and even though it's warrantied, I have to pay 1/2 price for another pair of frames!!!! They are a rip off, and have poor service too. Also, the map is wrong, they are north west of the intersection of alsbury & I35w
