My wife and her sister ordered a cake for their mother's 90th birthday. Becky assured us that she would be at the bakery on Sunday at noon for us to pick up the cake. We waited 45 minutes and no one showed up. We had to purchase two supermarket baked cakes for the party. Very disappointed at their lack of concern. Will never take our business there again, and will tell anyone who might ask to avoid Sweet Imagination Bakery

This place came highly recommended and boy were we disappointed!!! The store manager Becky and owner Becky are extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid $78 for cake and cupcakes that I could have had made at Walmart for $25. The cupcakes look like a 5 year old decorated them and were hard like they were 6 days old. I was scrambling to find another cake and cupcakes last minutes because I was embarrassed to even serve at my party. When I called for refund a nice lady told me she was so sorry they were under staffed and would call me next day to tell me what time to come get refund and never mentioned me needing to bring cake in to get refund so it was thrown away! She never called and so I called on the 2nd day and spoke to manager Brandy and Owner who were extremely rude and acted like I was lying about having to get new cake and told me the ONLY way I would get a refund was to bring cake and cupcakes back! So you better believe I dug that crap cake out of the trash and will be dropping it on the counter tomorrow for my $78 refund!!! If they don't give me my refund I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!! Beware of this place.......... Apparently it's hit or miss if you get a good cake! I looked up other reviews and saw similar instances and rudeness to customers and also the customers being outright called liars when the store made mistakes!!!!

I have used Sweet Imaginations for 16yrs never have I had a problem everyone loves them the decorating is awesome Had a wonderful tinker bell cake for granddaughters cake. Ester Rios

Horrible service!! Horrible counter women!! Worst ever!!! I will not be back! !!! I usually buy 6-8 special order cakes a year, NOT ANYMORE!!

The service at this business has declined rapidly. My wife has used sweet imaginations for 10 years and recently ordered a cake for our sons birthday. The day she ordered it the woman who took order was very rude. Cake was supposed to be ready on Friday. Showed up to pick up cake and not ready. Said could have it ready on Saturday with 1/2 off price. Then later on Friday, Becky the owner called and said could not offer 1/2 off because it was my wife's fault. Said she called in and changed date to Tuesday instead of Friday (our party was for Saturday). My wife tells Becky she did not call and would have not called to change order date. Becky insisted she did and refused to believe her. We decided not to use sweet imaginations for cake after Becky insisted my wife was lying and got a grocery store cake instead. Later on Saturday sweet imaginations called to apologize and said they found the mistake, offering the cake for free. We refused to take the free cake and refuse to use them in the future. HEB has good cakes and good service.

Every cake we have ordered from this bakery has been great!!!! The children love the taste and how the cakes are decorated and how colorful they are.

Thank You so much for making the most perfect wedding cake that we have ever tasted. I will tell everyone about you and let them know that it is worth the drive!!

This is the best bakery in the DFW area! They make the best wedding cakes. All my guest at my wedding said the groom's cake was the best chocolate cake they had ever tasted. The white wedding cake was great, too! This is the place to go for great cakes.

They are a family business....they truly care about your order and want to make sure it is done right.
