I've inquired about some things over the phone a few times now. The first time I was unhappy with the result, but here recently I thought I would try again. Well it was the same result. The guy that answered the phone Kyle I believe he said his name was, was really rude and a total smart aleck from the get go. Very poor customer service to say the least. My dad has gone in there a few times and the employees there seemed annoyed that he was there asking questions and had to help him. I've asked a few of my other friends and they said they have had the same experience. I will drive from Cleburne and by pass Burleson to go to the bike shops in Ft. Worth every time.

Went in to pay for my bike's brakes to be serviced. I wanted the fluid checked and to check for any damage to the system itself. They refused to take my bike in and check the system. I asked about a $2 adapter for a shader to presta valve, he told me they cost over $100 and proceeded to try to sell me an overpriced hand pump. I returned once more later that day, hoping to find someone else. I was ignored when i first walked in. After i found someone in the back, I asked him about a replacement rear shock and spring for suspension. He told me that he did not sell them and that they were not interchangeable. It's one thing to not have something, but, don't lie to me about it. I have several bikes that I needed service and was hoping to find a reputable bike shop around this area to spend my money. Worst customer service I've ever had, not only in a bicycle shop, but, overall. If youre looking for professionality, Dont waste your time here. I will never return to any spokes ever again.

I get repairs done there and have purchased 2 kids bikes from Dave. They do a great job of making you feel welcomed and remember you when you come back in. Go there if you despise the nameless faceless department store experience.

Spokes Bicycle Shop & Service ...

Spokes Bicycle Shop & Service is a decent place to get bike repairs, or bikes themselves, along with parts and like i said, repairs. But, today, I took a bike to spokes with a loose back rim, and they tightened it. When i got home and let my child ride it, he later came to me complaining that his back bearing had cracked, and ball bearings were rattling around in his back rim due to too much pressure from tightening it too much. I have never had a problem with Spokes up until today. So, i do not recommend them, but if they are nearest to you, it is only $5 dollars to get repairs done, plus cost of extra parts, and if things like this happen they will fix the problem free, or with little cost as possible.
