Dr. Rice, and his staff were absolutely amazing today! I came into the office with our cat in a carrier, our five month old in her car seat, my three year old, and my purse. It was a lot for any individual to manage alone. As soon as I approached the door, I was warmly welcomed and offered assistance. Josh, quickly tended to our kitty and led us into the waiting area. Once we were called back, again Josh came to assist me with our kitty all while being friendly and engaging with our three year old. Once in the exam room, Dr. Rice, got right to it as two assistants helped to handle our kitty. They were all very professional and gentle. Dr. Rice, took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and offer his professional opinion about addressing our senior kitty's issues. He wasn't quick to suggest only the most expensive options, rather he suggested what would genuinely be in the best interest of our cat. Another thing I noticed while there, all of the animals in the waiting area were calm. I found that quite unusual- but then I realize that animals have better senses than we do. Then, as we went to leave the exam room, my shoe (flip flop) broke. I went to the counter to settle our bill and was astonished that I was only charged $50!? The gentleman also offered us some fresh cookies. Finally, as I went to round up our tribe, while attempting to manage it all with a broken shoe, Josh came to the rescue once again! He took our kitty in his carrier but he also took my broken shoe so I wouldn't fall! He then walked us all out to the car and loaded our cat, Gabriel Christian, into the car. It was a start to finish wonderful experience!!! I highly recommend Dr. Rice and his amazing staff!!!

I love Dr rice he takes care of my fur babies . My baby Lilly had to have a cherry eye fix. and it wasn't bad at all.
