They do not repair the problem. Will temporarily fix it leave and say that is all they can do after you call them back.

Gave them 1 star cause there isn't a negative star. Word to the wise, don't use them. They gouged our warranty insurance company by creating more problems than we had. Left wires unattached and almost burned up the compressor to the a/c and never fixed the problem. We ended up calling another a/c repair who fixed it within a few minutes and explained what was going on. These people are crooked, will look you in the eye and lye to you.

Patriot AC & Heat is the contractor for our home warranty. They came on a service call that wasn't covered, said that the repair would be covered and they'd be out the next day. We paid the $60 service call fee, and expected them the next day. They never showed up and won't return my calls.



Then my home warranty company called to let me know that the repair was never authorized, that the service call should never have been made, and that I should not have paid the service call fee.



These guys literally ripped me off for $60. If I could post a negative star review, I would.

Finally a local Air & Heat repair facility Patriot, that say what they will do, then actually do it better than I ever would expect. Great! Thank you Mr. Jenkins

Worst Company I ever dealt with. Even the OWNER was awful and did cheap work. Long story short, witnin 3 motnths after installed a complete new A/C unit in our home, it leak through our celing 3 times, everytime they said the lines were clogged and the supposedly cleaned them each time. All we wanted was our ystem to work and not leak through our celing, didnt press them to fix the whole in our celing, but the last visit was from the owner who told us that he trying not to get frustrated with us, he didnt kknow exactly why it was still leaking but the lines were clogged again. I guess he thinks we are stupid to believe that our a/c lines could clogg up 3 times in one month even though they have supposedly cleaned them out 3 times. You would think the owner of a company wouldn't be so rude and useless.
