Great experience. I went in for new tires, the employees were very helpful, and the service was fast and efficient. I definitely recommend them.

The most horrible experience yesterday. Just needed a simple alignment. They called me with a list of $1500 of things they wanted to replace. I told them no, I have a mechanic, I just need an alignment. So we get there to pick up the truck and now the Brake Light is on , on the dash! We took it back and said what did you do? They start telling me how it needs brakes, rotors, pads and the and system!! I told them it was inspected this week and passed!! We have had no trouble with any of that until now!! They look it over again and throw up their hands, we don't know!! Bunch of shade tree mechanics,!! NEVER GOING BACK!! So now we have a new problem thanks to them!!

I have lived in Burleson for 20 years. Since then, I have used this NTB religiously. They have been my savior on many Sundays, since they are the only reputable place open on that day. Curtis has gone above and beyond to keep my family on the road safely.

I will never do business here again insightful never do business with NTB ever again... My first experience with NTB was pretty shaky it was at a location in Fort Worth next door to Hooters but that is a whole nother story. I came here to get my tires balanced and rotated something that should only take about 20 minutes I turn the keys over to the staff and go have a seat and a cup of coffee. a couple of minutes later one of the technicians walk in and ask me if I have any trouble shifting into park I promptly told him no. somehow in between the time that I gave them my keys and they pulled it into the shop they managed to tear something up with my shifter, it took me standing in the shop screaming at the manager to get them to fix it! take these reviews seriously they are all one star because the place is terrible the service is awful and then we can extend technicians are incredibly unqualified.

I should have read the reviews first. They did an oil change but never put a sticker on or reset my mileage when the next one is due. They rotated the tires and the messed up the alignment. After waiting for 2 hours the first time had to go back and let they put the tires back the way they were before. Go to a different place and don't waste your money or time here!

Waited 4 hours for an oil change while I had my 4 year old with me. Come to find out they drained my radiator fluid and didn't know I ordered an oil change!?! BUSH LEAGUE! Don't waste your time

I thought this place was great at first because of their prices on some things. But, after I used them a few times I had a lesson in the old addage, you get what you pay for.

Their prices seem very reasonable but twice I have had them mess something up on a vehicle and I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Im always looking for a bargain but in the long run this place is very expensive. I will never go back. I seriously wouldnt go there if they were doing free oil changes.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. They are shady. They add services to your bill without asking - trying to slip it by. They claim to price match but when you actually bring them an ad they try to slip in lesser quality tires than the ad. They continually act ignorant about why they would be giving you this comp credit on your bill. It took them two days to put on a set of tires on a car. Seemed simple. It wasn't. Then when it came time to pick up the car (after they had already put the tires on) they decided to put some verbage on the invoice that voided any opportunity for a mail in rebate through the manufacturer (because, gasp, we price matched). They are not honest. Not straightforward. And, they have the worst customer service of anyone I have ever had auto work done with - and that's saying a lot. I asked for the manager to call me. He took my number but never did call. They suck. Seriously.

Horrible over priced service and will use any trick in the book to NOT honor a warranty ...BUYER BEWARE i had a tune up here and what a joke ...when trying to get them to honor the warranty they sold me they turned around and charged me 109 $ to run a diagnostic test on it to tell me that something else was wrong with my car ..i then took it to have it tested and it was the distrubutor they supposedly replaced . what a joke these people are ....save yourself a head ache shop anywhere but here ..!!!!! Consumer Reports says NTB is a complaint magnet ...so much so they have different categories for all the complaints ....DO your homework NTB is a joke and this one in Burleson is no exception .
