Dr. Herrin is an experienced and well mannered doctor. This office is understaffed and when my children were seen the visit was less than five minutes, I felt rushed, and the explanations were short and not easy to understand. This all due to overflow of patients.

I only had two appointments and waited an hour and a half for the first one, while the other I waited almost two hours. The staff is not friendly and the office is way to busy to give proper customer care.

At my initial visit I asked if I owed a bill and was told no. In the meantime I did not receive a bill in the mail either. At my second visit, almost a month later, I was rudely informed (loudly and in front of other patients) that I had a balance.

I told the staff I did not receive a bill and the staff even admitted to not sending them out yet. I was then asked if I could pay anything. I had no money at this time to pay the bill, all I had was $7. The then told me "It's ok" and that they will bill me. This was completely unprofessional and embarrassing (the staff has privates area to discuss these matters).

The waiting room in not clean and entirely too small for the amount of people who visit. The room that I went into for the actual visit had no sink to wash hands, no hand sanitizer available, or tissue. The ventilation let out a moldy smell as well. I do not feel that the office was sanitary.

Dr. Herrin informed me to call if I had any issues getting a prescribtion. I did. When I called I was informed to call my pharmacy and tell them to call the office back. I got upset myself at the staff's urgency to get off the phone with me and the fact that they were requiring me to do all the "leg work." Also, I do not know what is covered and what isn't and was informed that pharmacy would. Dr. Herrin told me she had a list but the staff did not agree.

In all, I would not recommend this office. I feel the doctor is a good but the office staff, the very brief and barely informative visit, the unsanitary office, lack of resources in rooms, urgency and very very long wait time is ridiculous and not worth a visit.

Also, I still haven't received a bill in the mail after a month and a half. I have called several times. I do not feel I should "beg" for my bill and I refuse to enter into this office again.

We love the doctor office. She does take her time but also cares about her patience!!
