I used Lawn Dogs Lawn Service this past year and was very satisfied with their service. They took fantastic care of my yard and made it look beautiful all year. Everything was easy and stress free. They even came out after a storm and trimmed the tree back that fell on my house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone if you want a company that knows what their doing and you dont want to have to worry about anything. They handle it all. I will most definately be using them again this upcoming year.

Unfortunately, this is the worst lawn service I have used. The grass was not blown, there were chunks taken down to the dirt with the weed eater, overall the lawn looked awful. There was even a strip of the yard they missed with the mower. The owner, Austin, is not very professional and is unconcerned with making customers happy. No wonder they accept payments in advance only. They definitely do not honor the guarantee from the website which states:

"Here at Lawn Dogs LLC we guarantee that any job we do will be done professionally, in a timely manner, and with a good spirit. We also promise that we will never leave a customer unhappy with our services."

If you are thinking of using this service I would seriously reconsider. On top of the horrible service, they are priced higher than the average lawn service.

I called Austin Thiebaud(the owner) to receive a refund back and he told it will take 4 days. It's been almost 2 weeks and now he doesn't answer my calls. He presses ignore/no not answer button whenever my my number shows. I know this because it only rings 3-4 times then goes to voicemail. Then I called him using a different number he instantly picked up the phone. Then he realized it was me and just hung up on me. Now he doesn't answer two of my phones. This was to close my account and he charges one month service ahead and wanted to receive the refund. Bad business. I recommend you to block the card before he charges if you want to stop the service. He will charge the card anyway and won't give you a refund. I gave him a last call and left the voicemail I'm going to dispute the charge and he still won't call me back. I'm in a process of disputing the service through my credit card.

I was generous giving one star. They chopped my lawn, tore up my rain downspouts with the weedeater and scalped the grass in areas that they used the weedeater in. They blew all the grass into an alcove on my patio, blew mulch out of the planters and busted things on my table. I wrote an email about my concerns and they didn't show up the next week. So much for that guarantee! BEWARE!
