Kevin built our new kitchen cabinets. He was very professional upon meeting him and throughout the making and installation of the cabinets. My cabinets are BEAUTIFUL!!! I would highly recommend him if you are in need of cabinets, shelves or book cases.

Moved into a home with pre-installed cabinets from KV Custom Cabinets. The home was built in 2004. Drawers are misaligned such that every time they close it is like the front is being hammered off. Drawer hardware is clearly the cheapest possible as drawers stick all the time. One cabinet door simply fell apart at the dovetail joint. Given that the guy who had this house built made some odd choices in where he decided to be cheap I figure part of this is on him.



Given the above, and the fact that I love the look of the cabinets, and they are made of great wood, I called KV Custom Cabinets for an estimate to do repairs and upgrades as well as fabricate a new set of cabinets for the oven and fridge wall as we are putting in a new double oven and the old cabinets are for a single oven. In addition, I wanted to modify the vent-a-hood to support an over the range microwave. So this is a fair bit of work, and with the cabinets being 11 years old I planned on paying for it all in cash.



Everything went well on the call to KV Custom Cabinets. We scheduled an in home visit for 2 days or 3 days later at 10:30, and I went ahead and scheduled my appliances for delivery. Day of the appointment comes around though and they don't show up. I called in the afternoon to see what happened, and I am a really patient and understanding fellow. I know life happens and plans go awry. There is no answer. So I leave a message. Never calls back. I call a week or so later. No answer at the office or on his cell. So here I am two weeks later with appliances that can't be installed, and my patience is at an end. No one wants to redo someone else's work or try to match the lower cabinets to new. So I either figure out how to do this myself, pay some desperate contractor to do his best, or spend 20 times more because I have to replace all the cabinets and the quartz countertops.



I really wish I hadn't had to write this review, but these guys just are not dependable and apparently do not stand by their work.

Kevin and his team created a dream kitchen for my wife and I 3 yrs ago! That's why we had come back and do the same in our master bath last year. I truly believe that's what helped us sell our home in less than a week this July! And as soon as we find our next home, I'm sure we'll be reaching out to him again. His insight into design and cost efficiency is fantastic. If you are looking for that Million $$ look, that is very affordable for a custom job, I highly recommend giving Kevin Virgil a call and letting give you a free estimate. My wife and I are very glad we did!

Kevin and his Team do fantastic custom cabinetry. We were referred to him by a colleague of my wife, and we so loved what he did for us in our kitchen remodel, that we asked him to do the same in our master bath. Not only is he professional and personable, but his attention to detail is fantastic. Kevin focuses practicality with function and design to create a look that is both warm and inviting. I would (and have) recommended him to numerous friends and family.
