Joe is an awesome guy! I thought I had a problem with my ‘02 Mercury Mountaineer security system, but it turned out to be my inertia switch (aka fuel cut-off switch). Joe used to be a dealer mechanic before he started his lock-out business, so he’s got the background to know what’s going on if you’re a do-it-yourselfer and can explain the problem. Joe was very honest about the charge to unlock my car upfront. I thought what he was charging was very reasonable. He communicated very well through text and phone until he arrived at location. It took him only 20 minutes to get here and he came from another town. That's impressive. I walked inside so he could do his job and I barely made it in before I heard my car alarm go off.
