Jett Express Car wash in burleson. Paid for the ultimate car wash on a Friday night just before they closed. Saturday in daylight I notice terrible brush marks on the entire back of the car. I return Sunday and an employee looks and acknowledges the crappy job. Says to pull in for a free rewash. I’m lined up about to pull in and manager John Auto tells his employee to not wash it since it wasn’t the same day as the wash. They have to back up 7 cars behind me. I have 4 new vehicles and used to visit this wash weekly in each vehicle at least once. Never again. John Auto lost $220+ monthly or $2,600 yearly from me. What an great decision he made. No wonder every internet review is terrible.

My SUV had so much soap left on it I asked the supervisor on site torun it back through but she refused stating that this was best the could do it just so wont rinse when its cold outside. She refused to give me any help but I could gets some towels and wipe it off.

Car Comes out clean everytime. I love the free Vacuums.

This is by far the best express wash Ive been to. Quick and simple. You have to drive your own car on the track. I dont mind preparing my car before I go in myself, better then spending $20 on a wash, expecially with the way gas prices are going up.

I went late yesterday about 6:30 pm to get my car washed I have been lots of times but service and wash quality have decreased every time. This time was the very worse. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. In fact, I want to warn people NOT to use this car wash. Our truck was covered with scratches from front to back after going through the car wash. When notified the manager told us this was due to our truck being "dirty" and they refused to do anything about it. Isn't that the reason people take their car to the car wash, because it is "dirty"? Our truck now has to go to a body shop for repair.

this is a great carwash and i will wash my car here everytime the staff is really helpful and nice my experience here was very pleasant

This wash is a super deal. It offers great value, speed, and quality and the staff is very freindly. And to top it off you get free vacuums and they do work!!!!

I have visited this wash many times. The staff is great and my car comes out very clean. For the price, this is such a great deal. I dont mind spending a few mins wiping down the things that the wash has a hard time getting, this to me is expected because they dont have to pay guys to stand around and wipe cars down. $3 to me is very little, and with the economy this day and age, im not willing to spend $25 for a wash down the street.



I read another review on here about damage to someones car, not sure if that guy was paying attention or not, but if you have things that are already broken, it will most likely make it worse. You cant blame a carwash because of something you already broke.



All I can say is this wash does a great job and to make sure your car is already prepared before you enter into any wash in any city.
