I went in with a 2005 Ford Expedition with over 123,000 miles on it. The vehicle had never had a tune-up and was long over due. They use the latest computer equipment to diagnose what was needed in the way of parts and had the vehicle done in a day. Wow, what a difference in performance and gas mileage. Great job, great price! I would highly recommend Herbert's Auto Repair to family and friends!

This place is a joke! Brought my truck in for my idle missing. They assured me it was my distributor/plugs missing, and it would be a quick fix and they would call when it was repaired.. Left the car there all of that day....the next day....and the next day.....finally when I called, they told me it had been finished the first day. Got charged extra (for my vehicle sitting there the extra time) and the next night, my car started stalling when it idled! When I called them about it, they said they would look at it, but it couldnt have been their fault. THEY WERE THE ONES WHO TOLD ME MY IDLE WAS FIXED!!!!! Overpriced, sneaky business ethics, and shoddy work. Brought it to Christian Brothers and it works fine now. Never again guys......

Even though these guys were higher on our estimate for a brake job, headlight replacement, and oil change we used them becasue of they were close to us. They advertise they work on foreign cars but before I took it in I asked if they can turn the alert lights off on the dash. They assured me they do it all the time. I went to pick the vehicle up and they didnt turn the light off and charged more than there high quote. Shorty after we picked up the vehicle it started smoking (extrememly Bad) I took it back to them the next morning and found they didnt put the oil cap on. I had oil all over my driveway and missed 2 more hours of work. I asked for a discount and they laughed.



Beware....these guys are slick
