The food I get is worth every penny. Definitely my favorite place to eat Mexican food. Staff is pretty nice. Our work staff has had our Christmas parties here and employees were very attentive to our needs. I have enjoyed it each time.

They have courteous wait staff. A ready smile to warm your heart.

The food is incredible as is the service.



Get there early though, the place fills up quickly, especially on Friday and Saturday.

Great food and service. The food here is as good as some of the high dollar mexican food places in Ft. worth. The only negative is tthat they arent open at lunch on weekdays.

Great service, nice atmosphere, fantastic food, reasonable prices. It cant get better than that.

The food is great, the Chips and tortillas are better! They are always hot and fresh and delicious! I will admit that at times the service is lacking, but the food usually makes up for it!

The one star is not for the food, but the management. The times I had been there before the food was excellent. If you have a larger party...don't go!!!



The Cleburne High School Class of 1975 meets once a month for dinner. The venue this month was Fresco's Cocina Mexicana in Burleson. We never just show up with a big group. So, about 2:30 PM on Tuesday (avoiding lunch rush) I called to set up a reservation. The person I talked to, was kind of rude but the group had decided on this place so I was not going to change. He tried to get me to change the time from 7:30 to 7:00. I told him that would not work as we had people coming from Dallas and they needed time. He told me he would not hold tables cause time was money. I understand this, but this is not something to tell a customer. I never asked him for anything. I understand that groups of 20 or more are difficult sometimes. Then he told me that we could sit on the patio. I told him that if the weather was nice, that would be fine. Then he told me that they had their best band on Thursday nights. I told him DO NOT sit us on the Patio if you have a band because we like to talk. Well, when we got there, before I even knew there was a problem, I told a friend that I did not think we would be back there as it was just too hard to get a reservation. So, it came time for us to be seated and they lead us to the patio. Hello!!! What part of DO NOT SIT US ON THE PATIO IF YOU HAVE A BAND, do you not understand. They told us it would be an hour before we could be seated. We then decided to go somewhere else. Now, having 20 people would be hard to find a place. So, I called Hibachi in Burleson and they were great to accommodate us. Will I got back to Fresco's??? I don't think so. They missed out on $800 to $1,000 with all the food and drinks....their loss!!!



UPDATE: After having a bad experience a couple of months ago, I was contacted by the owner. He wanted to make this right. I talked with my group and we decided to give them another chance.



They made it MORE than right. The food was excellent and the service was superb.



Kudos to them for taking the initiative to make it right!

excellent food, love the steak and aculpoco shrimp, brisket taquitos, cream corn, basically everything I have eaten there.

Our favorite Mex food tied with Uncle Julio's! Always consistent with food and service and margaritas are a specialty of theirs!

I love Fresco's!!! The queso is great; the servers are friendly, and they have the best marguerita in town!

Frescos is a great addition to the Burleson Old Town venue. Delicious food, comfortable atmosphere and wonderful margaritas! A great casual place to meet with friends and family to celebrate life.

Frescos is not only my favorite Mexican food restaurant its my favorite period!!! The have the best table side guacamole ever!!! There swirl margaritas are fabulous and well to e honest i haven't had a meal there that i didn't love. The atmosphere is fantastic.......i think thursday through saturday they have a live band playing on the patio and they are always great!!!!
