TERRIBLE customer service! Tried booking a trip with them, however each day was told a different price or my flight was no longer an option. Found the same EXACT trip they were offering me for $500 bucks cheaper! When I told the company that we were booking with another company, the owner personally wrote me an e-mail (actual quote) stating " I regret that you are frustrated but we have done our best to accommodate you." Doesn't sound like a company that is too worried about customers. Even spoke to the owner personally regarding us not being happy with the service and was completely caught off guard at how I was spoken to as well as how the situation was turned into it being my fault. NEVER once did I get an apology. Good luck if you are expecting a travel agent that will work for the customer!

I have used 1st Travel of Burleson for 2 Carribean cruises so far and have already booked another one with them. They are wonderful and very knowledgable people.
