Today, I purchased a bundled package for the upcoming school year. I gave them broad choices for colors and let them know it was for a girl. I was very nervous about having someone else choose the designs and didn't know what to expect. My order was ready a few hours later and they turned out great. The designs and colors they chose were spot on and looked nice. I will definitely order this way again next year.

This is the closest place to get school spirit where that is not in all black. The business hours are Inconvenient and minimal. The selection is ok but they never have stock for middle/junior or high school they only carry youth and toddler stock, give me a break no 8th grader wears a youth small. I was told 2 weeks on 8/1 and still no shirt no answer to my text message. I should know better the last order I placed in February came back with the wrong school logo on it, a boys name instead of my daughters name. They fixed it and sent it out with paint on it. Replaced it and still had paint on it . I told her to deal with it because the company didn't care or wasn't concerned.
This place must be a front because they are loosing thousands of dollars every year.

READ THIS FIRST BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE! There is an old saying "Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me?" Well that's me when it comes to this company! I have tried to use this company on multiple occasions without success. I ordered jerseys for us to support my daughter at a cheer competition. When I picked them up the lettering was falling off of two of the jerseys. This wouldn't have been a problem if there was time to fix them, however, the promised deadline of a few days turned into over 2 weeks. I called daily trying to get them, and finally was able to pick them up the day of the competition so there was no time to fix them. I went with the letters taped on the front of the jersey. Did they offer a discount...NO! I tried to use this company again to order my kids shirts for school, and I know what you are think...WHY! They were super nice when ordering and told me they would be done in a week,and even helped us layout the designs. Two weeks later I started to call them to find out where the shirts were. They wouldn't answer the phone, and the message said to email them. I did and their response was very rude. They accused me of lying about when I was told they would be ready and began telling me how busy they are and everyone else is ok with it so I should be too. Are you kidding me? They acted as if my order was an inconvenience. I emailed back telling them I still need to know when I will get them because school starts Monday. It's now Tuesday and I still have not received the shirts nor a refund. I even tried to go to the store to see a sign that says they are closed and orders could only be picked up between 4 and 7pm. No notice on that either. I ordered my shirts late Saturday night from a company called TNT Embroidery. Not only did she get me some two days later, but they were perfect! No letters were falling off and she rushed to help us out. To date I had to file a complaint with my bank to get a refund for the shirts, because they will not respond nor give me my money back. There are too many options out there...don't settle for the worst one.
