Elite Floors installed Silestone countertops, backsplash and a sink in our kitchen this weekend. We couldn't be happier with the finished product or with the process. Randy and his crews were great to work with. Trustworthy, thorough and committed to making sure the job was done right. They hit a couple of roadblocks working on our kitchen (not their doing, our kitchen just had some issues) and did not take any short cuts. The job probably took longer than they expected but they did not complain and were committed to doing a great job. We love our new kitchen!!!!

Elite did an awesome job with my new wood floors! Workmanship was outstanding; the installers showed up on time and took great effort to make sure my floors were leveled before putting the wood down. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use this company again!

Frankly, I'm shocked at some of the negative reviews regarding Elite Floors of Burleson. I came on to this site to remark upon how pleased my wife and I have been with Elite Floors most recent job for us and our experiences have been nothing but excellent. Previously, they converted a half bath to a full bath in our former home - great job, great price.



So when we decided to replace our carpeting in three bedrooms of our new home because a new puppy decided to eat our carpets along with freely leaving deposits, we went to Elite for help.



We found a new vinyl plank flooring online. Elite contacted the manufacturer who sent out their representative to meet with us and show samples. We found exactly what we wanted for our 700 sqft. job.



When we comparison shopped the flooring with other dealers, Elite's offer was the lowest price with the smallest amount of product. In addition to the initial lowest bid, when they learned that I was a Viet Nam veteran, they provided an additional 10% discount.



The floors were not only professionally installed, they did the job starting on Friday and finished on Sunday to meet and accommodate our schedule. They moved every piece of furniture with no assistance from us and moved it back as well without disturbing a thing.



The installers were prompt, courteous and trustworthy. Additionally, they cleaned everything they installed.



Prior to retiring, I practiced law representing consumers, specializing in the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice-Consumer Protection Act. I routinely sued builders and other manufacturers and retailers to remedy negligence and misrepresentation in the construction industry.



I have never represented Elite Floors and I have no relationship with the company. My wife and I are simply satisfied consumers.



But as an attorney, I feel it is my responsibility to commend a company that has provided us with such exceptional service, as well as to sue those whose shoddy work deserves to be noticed.



Without equivocation, I can state that Elite Floors did all they could to assist us and delivered in every respect at the best price we found. We highly recommend this company and its employees who bent over backward to serve our needs.

Wish I had read more reviews before hiring Elite. Poor customer service - rarely visited job to make sure it was going properly, no follow up to make sure job was actually complete, no support when their subcontractors didn't deliver as promised, etc. As someone else said, just wanted to be done with them. Next remodeling project will be DIY. Not going through that again. Two stars only because on site contractor was pleasant.

Excellent job! I recently hired Elite to do a complete remodel of our home here in Crowley tx, wood flooring, stone on our fireplace, new tile in the bathroom, a walk in shower, and new countertops, as well as some painting… Elite provided the best bid for the best and most durable products. The installers were always on time and answered any of my questions throughout the job, and believe me I had many! Our salesman, and the owner I believe, Randy , checked in with us as the project went on to make sure we were happy with the work… I absolutely LOVE our new countertops, just beautiful! I honestly do not see how anyone could have had a bad experience with this company, they were always very nice and on top of everything, most importantly if any changes of installation were necessary they let us know in advance, and also kept us informed on when our flooring was to arrive, no complaints here. I would definitely recommend this company for any and all remodeling, they did a variety of things for us and I believe they have earned their A+ rating with the BBB. Again, thank you Elite for turning our home into the home of our dreams, and if you’re reading this, Randy, I hope you received our thank you letter  Jill and Dustin P.

Elite floors is an A+ accredited business with the BBB. We ask that anybody with a complaint to respond directly with the BBB so we can deal with all complaints in a timely manner.

Just like other reviews said . The company is a mess. They should stick to only installing floors, and that it is still questionable. Just like the Williwr review mentioned below, they do not level floors correctly (you walk on the floor and the floor moves and squeaks the day after the install), and you really have to fight with them in order to have sealant applied on the concrete floor.



Forget about having something else done with them other than flooring. Their attention to detail is atrocious, underbid the job, management barely visits the working sites to check for progress, (only after complaining and that is still difficult). Their working crews, are not professional, but for the most part, people that are handy men (jack of all trades, but master of none), and that shows in their deliverables. You cannot count on them finishing on time. I was quoted 3 weeks for a job and it took 9 weeks, simply ridiculous. I too had to pay the final amount owed to them, so that I can get them out of my life, and hire someone else to either finish what they did not, or fix their mess-ups. The type of work they did for me was install tile, electrical, pluming, and wood floors. I so regret hiring them. In response to Elite's comment on the post below, and that is, "to deal with the Better Business Bureau",in case there is a problem. I just do not have the time and simply do not need to have a mediator to arbitrate their mess. Elite should get the job done right the first time. I will never re-hire them or recommend them not even for installing a picture frame on a wall. You have been warned. Good luck!

I shopped for wood flooring for weeks and had received several bids... all were extremely high! I contacted Elite and someone came out that afternoon and gave me a free estimate based on a wood floor I'd selected at another store. The price was so much lower that I went to their showroom and upgraded to a nicer floor but still didn't pay as much as the cheaper wood floor bids!!! Elite was very professional and did a fantastic job... I would definitely recommend them!

Best Flooring Company in DFW. Elite floors did a kitchen remodel for my home. The new tile on the floors, and the Silestone countertops were just beautiful. They also had their installers rebuild cabinets for me, which were a huge cut on cost to replace. WONDERFUL~ If you’re looking for the best prices in the area, please call Elite Floors, and don’t take my word for it, go by their showroom and see the selection of items they have, and gggggggggreat prices. My kitchen remodel was est. at about $48,000 with a well know company (I wont mention names) and Elite got the ENTIRE job done for about a 70% less cost. Thank you sooooo much from my family to yours Elite!!

I hired Elite to do a add on over a year ago.and had many problems. Problems where dealt with to the best of our ability but ending up paying the total to get these people out of my house and life. Underbidding actually cost, poor workmanship, wrong color used on roof material. Floor is unlevel before completion and stated they do not warranty ground movement. It was never level. The flooring laid is uneven and has big seems so that dirt and stuff get in it. No sealing under the siding where it end on the cement foundation and ant and bugs come through the electric plugs. Lights are not centered in room or over sink. Sink light is attached to same outlet the center room light is on so both lights come on from same switch . Had difficult time dealing with this company and was very unsatisfied. Would not recomend this company to anyone.
