Another disappointing lunch @ Burleson, TX 76028. Our 5 person party visited @1:30 Sunday the 14 of April. It took over 20 minutes to get our food then it was all wrong. The fries we cold, the burger had Jalapenos on it after our request to leave them off, my onion rings and fries were cold on the sampler and the chicken tenders we a little bigger than the mozzarella sticks. I will say my cheese sticks were kind of hot but most of the cheese was fried out of them and they were greasy. The turkey avocado sandwich had avocado on it after we stated we wanted the avocado on the side. Our server never came back to check and see if everything was alright. It then took over 20 minutes to get a manager to see us, after several requests. The manager did come to the table with a remade sandwich ( we didn't tell them we needed it) said we were missing one.????? We were not missing one and he said he would give it to us since they already made it. They did take off the 2 samplers ( that we didn't eat) but not the whole price and charged us for the turkey sandwich which no one ever ate, and they took it back so we didn't take it home either. All in all this place really sucked, not the first time I had a problem with my order but it will be the last I will not visit there again!!!
