Poor communication. Several no shows. Did not honor warranty on contract. After numerous phone calls, I finally received a call back. They said that they would replace a plant that died and made a note of it. Well, needless to say, no one ever came to replace it. My numerous calls were ignored. All calls were ignored until the 6 months warranty had passed. Very poor business practice. Do business with them at your own risk.

Do they ever answer their phone?

Awesome job! That person who was complaining Is crazy! My husband and I were very satisfied and will continue to use Cook!

Great Great Great Do-It It is hard to find honest hard working contractors out there and In my opinion the company does an outstanding job. You get what you pay for in this day and age, some things are just worth it! I get compliments on my yard all the time! All of my questions were answered and calls returned promptly. I highly recommend Cook Landscape!
