I had my 2015 Nissan Titan fixed at the shop. It had over $10000 worth of hail damage. They handled the whole insurance procces. The shop was nice and clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. The employees are good people. I recommend this shop.

Every time I need to put something in my trunk I think about this place. I had repair on my trunk/ back bumper due to accident. It took 3 weeks vs 1 week then when I went to pick it up, the key wouldn't turn in the ignition. Had to have it towed to Kia for repair. Then couldn't get the truck open, trunk leaking when rain... Took back several times. It no longer leaks but it is hard to open the trunk with my key and I can no longer use my auto opener on the car or on the key. Will never take anything back to them or recommend to anyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! They kept my car for over 3 months when returned still needed a lot of work that wasn't completed after receiving almost $4000.00 from my insurance they did as least as possible to fix my car a year later after waiting for 6 mos to get back with me I had to go to another shop for the same problems that were never repaired!!! Rip off people

Dropped off car to have two windows replaced. Called to confirm car would be ready, but they never confirmed. I life out of town, so did not go pickup. They claim that one of the windows was busted out again by someone who doesn't like me. I find that highly unlikely since I live 3 hours away. Take your business to a reputable body shop.

Collision Maxx is TERRIBLE!!! They had my car almost 51 days, and still returned my car with pieces not fixed! They billed my insurance for these parts, cashed the check but never actually fixed the parts! Then told me I was out of luck! That my insurance would have to pay more money for the parts because they supposively never recieved any payment for the parts! While my insurance shows they have already paid for all of these parts! Never ever use them!! It has now been 74 days since my wreck and I am still having to deal with these people! They told me my car would be ready for the next day for 3 weeks!! Once I was finally aloud to pick my car up there was still broken pieces in the engine, and pieces missing! The check engine light was on, as well as a giant whole in the battery!!! If you use them plan on a total disaster and money down the drain!!!
