I took my Buick Rendezvous to this shop to have an 02 sensor replaced. Chris replaced it quickly and charged me less than I thought he should have. The people at this shop were very nice and honest.

I just left the shop wanting an estimate for air conditioning repairs. This guy was so rude I just left before telling him what I wanted. He really needs a lesson in customer service.

I have been using Chris's Auto Repair for awhile now and He is the only one I trust to give me a fair price and service. I have taken my friends car to him and she was like woooo this is better then when I bought it. He goes above and does the extra that makes me remember how it use to be when people didn't have to fill their own gas tanks. I know that just dated myself but I know good work and good service when I see it. He also give you all the information about your car with out trying to up sale or cause uneeded repair. I went into this place over a year ago and had a horrible experience. I wrote a bad review then, but I guess it was taken down somehow. I drove all the way from Euless to go here because my sister had been taking her car there and she said he was nice and fair. I just wanted a tune up, he said that I had a cracked bolt or something like that (which I'm not claiming I didn't) but, he didn't tell me that he wasn't going to be able to fix it that day! I ended up being stranded at my grandmother's house for the night (not that I don't love spending time with my Nanny). The next day I called wanting to know when my car was going to be done and they said around noon. At one I called and they said three. At four I called, the mom said she didn't know. I said it wasn't fair that they didn't tell me they didn't have the part BEFORE, because I could have just gotten it repaired closer and not been stranded in Burleson. The mom says that she can't talk to me anymore, and I say that I have a right to know when and if my car is going to be done because I don't live in Burleson. I was not yelling or cussing or anything mind you, and the next thing I know Chris gets on the phone and says, "What do you want bi*&^"! I couldn't believe it! I thought he was joking or thought I was someone else, except he followed it up with "You made my momma cry". I said, I'm sorry if your mom is crying, I didn't say anything rude, I just want to know when my car is going to be done. He then told me to pick it up THE NEXT DAY at one and to bring cash!!! I was so shaken up. My mom and Nanny heard the whole thing through my phone and they were actually scared for me! My mom wanted me to call the police and have them escort me to the shop, but I said that was a little extreme. Anyway, when I came in Chris's parents actually had the nerve to be preachy to me and said they'd pray for me!!! I told them they should pray for their own son because he's the one calling customers the b word while holding their car ransom!!! It was just crazy and I'll never go anywhere near there again!

Chris has worked on my two vehicles, and both of my sons vehicles for a loooong time, I have never had a problem with a diagnosis or a repair. I have had my mother-in-laws car over there and my aunt’s car taken there, no problems. Chris is very good.
