I never thought I would say that I liked going to the dentist, but going to this place was a great break from my busy life. I watched the history channel during my cleaning, they gave me a warm pillow, everything was comfortable. They even fixed a few cavities before I left. Great place.

Great friendly & quick service! Staff always so courteous. Love that they have hours you can work with. Super clean facility. LOCAL! Always a pleasant experience when I go for my 6 month checkups! Did I mention how AWESOME the staff is??

Hands down has been THE BEST dental office I've ever been to. The office is sooo beautiful and the staff has been great!!! I've never experienced such a gentle doctor who actually cares about his patient. The fact that I was diagnosed with lots of dental work and get my treatment done without paying for all of it at once is a huge lifesaver, my kids love the play area- while I was getting a cleaning, they played games in the video room, they even got to choose a toy from the treasure chest- which makes them excited to come to the dentist!! DEFINITELY recommending to my family!!

I was so excited about this place because I'd received a mailer and it seemed they were willing to work within my financial means. The mailer offered a coupon for $100 off the first visit, and they offered payment plans where you could make payments over 4 months. Awesome, right? No, not so much. The $100 off was only if you got a cleaning and x-ray along with your dental issues (which is fine), but when I tried to make the payment plan, I was told I didn't qualify. My dental work that I needed was going to be $198 and it has to be $200 for the payment plan. Are you freaking kidding me? Two dollars. I asked if there was anything that could be done, "Nope." Can something be added to inch it up just those two dollars, "Nope." Is there any way you could make an exception because it's two freaking dollars, "Nope." So here were my choices: Pay $198 which I didn't have, or get additional work that would have raised the price an additional $174. All over TWO DOLLARS. I walked out. If this office can't make reasonable arrangements over two freakin' dollars, how can I trust they aren't going to gouge me somewhere else? Seriously. I don't remember a time when some place has been so difficult over two dollars before. NEVER EVER EVER GOING BACK. Never recommending them to Anyone. In fact, I will actively dissuade anyone I know from going to this place.

I went in for a consult yesterday and informed them my past experiences of not being numbed well and being terrified it would happen again. The staff made sure this morning that every issue I stayed was addressed and I felt comfortable and well numb for the procedure. I endured 2 hours of drilling and can honestly say.....I did not feel a thing. I can't believe it myself. It was, by far, the best visit to a dentist I have ever had.

Went today. Ralph the dental assistant was great. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Alexander Smith came in and was the opposite. He fussed at me for waiting so long to have dental care. I guess money isn't an issue for him. He made me feel so bad I cried in the truck afterwards. I won't be going back. I'll find a compassionate dentist to give my $1770.00 to.

My daughter had an appointment last week at 740 AM at 720 it was called and had to be rescheduled, OK things happen. However, today my husband had an appointment at 9am for a root canal. After being text several times and being called to confirm they call at 715 this morning to say Dr won't be in until 10 and appointment needs to be rescheduled. My husband called them back to reschedule and story is changed to Dr is sick and won't be in, next available appointment April 12th! Needless to say they just lost 3 patients from this family and I will be calling my sister (family of 3) to have her change dentists also. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy.

A+++. Very caring and friendly office. After living with a toothache for a couple months, I made an appointment. I was quite impressed with having the option to see on a flat screen exactly what the dentist saw as my problem. Scheduled an appt to return and had my tooth fixed. Pain free? YES!

Cherry Blossom is professional with a personal touch. The staff live up to there golden standard "care with a gentle touch". Visiting the dentist is not one of my hobbies, but at least at cherry blossom they try to do everything possible for a good experience. Diego Haros

All I can say is Wow! As you can tell by all the other great reviews... this place is the place to go for your dental needs. The atmosphere and employees are wonderful! While most of the employees work long hours you would never know it by the service you receive. Needless to say it had been a while since I had been to a dentist because it's not one of my favorite places to go, so I was not looking forward to hearing how I've been neglecting my teeth by not brushing or flossing 20 x's a day. Instead it was quite the opposite! Eventhough I have a few things that need to be done, I was never made to feel bad at all about not seeing a dentist in a while. Besides the fact that the decor is awesome and there are not one but two tv's in each room, they are always concerned about your comfort! I was giving nothing by the best service and even an awesome care package when I left. I would recommend this dentist and his entire staff to anyone!

My husband and son both had dental work done at Cherry Blossom and were both very happy with the care they received, as well as the willingness of the staff to help out and answer any and all questions we had regarding financing options. My husband said he could barely feel a thing when he had his work done and my son said he would go back in an instant! Myself and my other son will be making a trip there shortly as well, and I would definately reccommend Cherry Blossom to everyone I know!!! The Busby Family
