We had trouble with air flow to master bedroom. Mfg.said they had to go through the roof to see problem. We didn't want to compromise the roof. Mfg said they do it all the time. We finally gave in, now 2 years later we have a leaking roof. Mfg said not there problem and hung up on me. Extended warranty will not it.

Bad start with home install. Pipes were not sealed at plant, then roof leaked because installers failed to seal ridge shingles, then another leak under bath sink that created mildew. Ronnie is their QA person and seems to need more help, but really tries. After 18 months we are re-attaching the trim just about everywhere and the A/C thermostat that replaced the one that should not have been in the house in the first place still freezes us out at 73 degrees. All in all it hasn't been much different than the headaches with a custom- built house. Suggest you be sure the home is installed right from the get-go. Maybe ask to see reviews of the installer they recommend and make up your own mind.
In the end, good effort. You get what you pay for. Buy upgraded carpet if you can. We will have to re-carpet very soon.

Dumb twits! The Champion Factory can not sell it to you direct!!! It was a Dealer called Factory direct on mfg lot !!! And they are out of business. It was your own poor judgement.....real dealers deliver and install your home!!!!!! Not just sell you the home!
