For what ever it's worth, just got my VW Passat inspected and oil changed here. They either didn't put the bottom splash guard back on, or didn't put it back on correctly and it fell off. Either way, this part supports the wheel liners and without it the tires wear holes in them which happened before I got the car home and husband noticed. All now have to be replaced (~$300 for parts, God only knows how much for labor). When we called after getting the car home and noticing the problem (Saturday), we were told to call back Tuesday because the PIT GUY was already gone. I explained that the car couldn't be driven because the liners were rubbing, and was told "Sorry for the inconvenience". Really? I expect a reputable business to correct something they screwed up...and then some! My advice...STAY AWAY!

I have been a customer of Burleson Lube in Burleson for about 10 years. They never try to sell you what your car doesn't need like other places. When I pull in then employees (Harold and others) and the owner (Gary) recognize me by my first name. That just doesn't happen by businesses nowadays. To boot their work and service (oil changes, inspections and mechanical work) are top notch. Best place I know of and will never go any where else.

I am a single mother who is also disabled. my car got hot, burleson lube was closest to me and when me and my little boy pulled in several employees quit what they were doing and greeted us and asked what they could do, it was close to closing on Friday. I was amazed, and it also made me feel a lot better. about the situation. Harold their mechanic took my car and ran pressure test and other test and let me know what it was going to cost, it was already reasonable, anyway I would not have the money until Monday. on Monday am. he told me to call him and I did he was already there , he drove me home so I wasn't stuck there all day. Called when he finished and he came back and picked me up. Harold let me know it ended up cheaper than he quoted. It was actually cheaper.! I was surprised that I was even told this, I have experienced other places charging me extra just because I was a woman. it is very nice to know there is still honest people in the World. You don't find many businesses or people like that nowadays. Great job Harold and all the staff at Burleson lube.
