This was by far the worst service I have EVER received! They injured my dog to the point where she was bleeding and butched her hair cut. Then when I brought it to the OWNERS attention in a respectful way she began to get irate stating I can take her to small claims court. All I wanted was them to either fix it or refund me. The actual cleaners even acknowledged that my dog was screwed up because of it. Don’t come here unless you want an outrageous vet bill!

My dog smelt good when I picked him up and 1 area looked like it had been trimmed but for $123 I expected him to have been trimmed around the ears and some other places. He was supposed to have "the whole shabang"...with teeth cleaning and paws trimmed and nails trimmed...i mean everything but he barely looks any different.

I want part of my money back and I will never take him back here again. My dog was there for just right at an hour when i was told it would take 3 to 4 hrs
